Low Robertson & Co Ltd have been producing blended whisky for both Scotland and the export market since c1812.
It is very hard to find out any recent information for Low Robertson & Co and despite the company still be registered we have not seen any of their product available for a number of years.
This bottle of Ben Cally is very rare and this being the only one of its type that we have come across on our travels we have no idea what it tastes like. Unusually for an online whisky trader we cannot share any tasting notes on this bottle however with its rich caramel colour and lighter viscosity we would guess it is similar to a high end Famous Grouse and not a peaty island blend.
