Brora 24 year old single Highland Malt Whisky.
Distilled 1977 . Aged 24 years. Cask strength. Limited edition Bottle No.4544
Brora 24 year old Rare Malts Selection bottled at Natural Cask Strength.
Distilled in 1977 and bottled October 2001.
Built in 1819 by the Marquis of Stafford, destined to be future Duke of Sutherland, Brora was closed in 1983, enjoyed fine buildings and befitting one of Scotland's earliest purpose built malt distilleries.
To enjoy this bright gold 24 year old Northern Highland cask strength at its best, measure one part whisky to two parts spring still water at room temperature.
Any slight cloudiness is normal in an un-filtered cask strength malt whisky.
When tasting, look for the bracing iodine aromas and polished, sweet smoky character of this mighty coastal malt, with its long, finally mustard-dry finish.
This is a whisky which can't be replaced and is a real investment opportunity.
