Tasting note from an online review;
Nose: Light, with a disticnt zestiness, crème anglaise, a delectable nuttiness creeps in.
Palate: Sweet with a pleasant softness.
Finish: Soft, dry cereal notes.
A dense, rich nose with honey, floral notes clearly finished off in a sherry cask. With Apricot being present especially with the addition of a little water. Dried apricots, dried pear. Sweetness and pear into finish.
