Details

This is a very old bottle estimated around the 1950s. The bottle itself is flat sided which is, rare for any bottling however coupled with the style of seal and cork, makes this one of the rarest bottling ever produced. Other websites online have this bottle valued at £370+ however due to some issues with our bottle we have decided to value it slightly lower. The bottle itself is in perfect condition and the label is clear and undamaged. As this bottle has been stored upright for many years the cork has loosened a little and about 10% of the contents have been taken by the 'angels'. The cork remains loose and therefore extra precaution has been taken to ensure no further loss. The container is clean and for a 70 year old cardboard box is in extremely good condition. There are some signs of damage due to age. The previous owners of this rare collectors item have built a wooden surround for the bottle and box which we have continued to use due to increasing value.
