MACKILLOP'S CHOICE 35 year old Tomintoul single malt. Distilled 27th Oct. 1966. Bottled August 2001. Bottle no 149 from cask 6073.
This is a whopper of a fine rare single cask Speyside Malt.
To drink on a special occasion or as a "keep"
Nose:-
Delicate. Nuts, sultana, honey. Hint of linoleum and oily rag.
Palate:-
Gently pleasant. A chewy mid-palate, with a little liquorice bitterness.
Finish:-
Banana, toffee. Short.
Comment:-
Delicate, light and simple.
