This Glenmorangie was laid down at the end of the millennium which is where its name comes from. They say that this bottle provides a wonderful look into the Glenmorangie Distillery and what we can expect over the next few decades. Nose: Fruit peels without the heavy zest of some malts. Hints of plantation essence and of course the much loved sweet malt. Palate:Light and enjoyable. More fresh fruits from hotter climates. Hints of spices behind the enjoyable honey sweetness. Finish: You are left with sweet spices reminiscent of holidays in the Costa Del Sol.
