The first edition of the Bruichladdich Infinity collection
To create this whisky the genius’s at Bruichladdich used a process of the use of three different vintages.
Matured in refilled sherry casks and bottled in limited numbers
We have tasted this whisky and concur with an online blogger who said:
Nose: Sweet oranges, salt and brazil nut.
Taste: Wet wood, together with salt and pepper, notes of dark chocolate with more than 90%.
Finish: Full, warm and very long.
Comments: With a drop of water more orange notes. The taste changes to peat, the finish isn't so warm and long anymore. So better enjoy it without water.
