Dailuaine 17 year old single Malt Highland Whisky. This is a rare bottle from one of the great Highland Distilleries. Much of the fine malt whisky produced here goes into the "up market" Johnnie Walker brands. The sherry cask gives a unique colour and flavour. Nose: Granary toast and vanilla and baklava. Heather, manuka honey and just a hint of smoke. Palate: Caramel and burnt fruit. Espresso, café latte and barley malt. Dried apple and banana. Finish: Pepper and nutmeg.
