Arran Limited Edition Calvados Cask Malt Whisky. Bottle no 300 of 582. 62.1%vol. 70 cl. Bottled 21.10.03 Matured in Sherry Oak cask and finished in fresh Calvados cask. Nose is clean and sweet with a kiss of Calvados. Palate is creamy with cinder toffee and Belgium waffles with chocolate and Calvados. Finish is hot as a result of high alcohol. The Scotch spirit seems very receptive to the Norman spirit. This is a one off limited edition of a very unusual and rare malt. A real treat if drinking and an excellent investment for keeping as a collectors item.
